The Company

HISTORICAL DEVELOPMENT

The company started in the early 50's as a private business concern by ABC Arnaoutis. In 1953 companies like DADE and JEWETT REFRIGERATORS were making their first successful steps in the Hellenic Hospitals.

In 1963 the company was converted into a limited liability under the name "ARNAOUTIS &Co" headed by Aliki Arnaoutis expanded into new areas like quality control products for Pharmaceutical Industries, University Labs, etc.

The final form of the present company was established in 1986 by Paul A.B. Arnaoutis who has a unique background in the field, having worked in "ARNAOUTIS &Co" as Marketing & Sales Manager since 1975.

ACTIVITIES

PAVLOS ARNAOUTIS SA is involved in the marketing and distribution of Laboratory Diagnostic Reagents, Consumables and Instruments. We cover the  entire Hellenic market. 

Our distribution line includes a wide range of Microbiology, Immunology, Histocompatibility and, consumables for the above mentioned labs, Analyzers for EIA assays, MIC readers, as well as schemes for external quality programs.

Our company distributes External Quality Assessment schemes also known as Proficiency Testing (PT) schemes.  Participating in PT schemes is an essential  laboratory tool as it demonstrates the laboratory commitment to good performance and is also required to the laboratory accreditation process.

CERTIFICATES

Our company has established and applies a quality system for the trade and service of medical devices, in vitro diagnostics and consumables according to ISO 9001:2008. In addition system of  principles and guidelines for Good Distribution Practice of Medical Devices   established by are company is in accordance with the Ministerial Decision 1348/04.
